As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing their retention market plans, helping to increase renewal rates and improving customer engagement. Part of the role will also require data analysis to ensure all engagement targets are being achieved and retention rates are met.
You will be a focal point of the company and hold responsibility for managing and developing customer and supplier relationships.
