Job Details

We are looking for an IT Network Manager or Experienced IT Technician to join our client on a temporary basis, this role could go permanent for the right candidate.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Managing the IT infrastructure and MIS across the business
Cyber security
Data safety
Providing first and second line technical support for colleagues and clients
Providing advice to support the development of IT within the business development plan
Establish good working relationships with colleagues and clients Duties:

Set system management principles and standards
Perform installations, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and repairs as necessary to all IT hardware
Provide network updates, appropriate training and support to all Users
Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure appropriate PAT testing is completed and recorded
Ensure the efficient operation of all computer and telecommunication networks
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve any technical problems as they arise
Carry out maintenance and first line repairs to equipment
Management of technical issues relating to Reprographics, AV equipment and phone system
Maintain an inventory of equipment
Assist with maintaining an up to date Acceptable Use Policy
Protect systems from misuse or malicious attack
Maintain and update as required all master data and processes for the iSams database
To promote a knowledge-sharing culture developing and coordinating training sessions and workshops
Ensure compliance with licensing, copyright and data protection laws for the iSAMS system
To support the Finance Team with technical updates for WCBS PASS
Assist with the migration of Financial data from WCBS PASS to iSAMS
The Finance Team also use SAGE for payroll purposes and while this is largely managed within the team from time to time technical support may be required
To work with the Marketing manager to oversee quality and content of the website
Manage the Clarion Call system
Attend marketing forums and maintain responsibility for brand uniformity in comms and publications
To support the marketing team by maintaining the content and quality of social media
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
Undertake general duties as may reasonably be requested by the Business ManagerQualifications and skills:

Active Directory
Group policy management
Microsoft Server 12/16/19 and Windows 10
Office 2016
LAN WAN VLAN and Internet topologies, protocols and techniques
MIS iSAMS and WCBS PASS - as these are specialist software packages training will be made available if requiredPlease be aware due to the nature of the business you will either need to have an Enhanced DBS check or be happy to undertake one.

Our client is based in Chichester, due to the location you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
