Title:Finance Transformation Change Senior Manager (Functional) SAP
Salary:to £90k + bonus and package
Location: largely home based (at present)
You will have a consultancy background. You will understand the problems that a large-scale finance department experiences and be able to define the strategy required to undertake complex large transformational change.
Importantly you will understand from a functional perspective how SAP S/4 Hana technology is deployed effectively to deliver large complex finance transformation projects.
Duties will include - creating the functional specifications needed to develop finance vision and strategy - organisation and effectiveness of finance functions -Designing and implementing the target operating model -Finance system design and implementation -Implementing and optimising shared service centres - Process design and optimisation -Scoping and delivering sustainable cost reduction;
The Finance Consulting practice delivers innovative business transformation projects across a wide range of industries improving the way a Finance Department operates, reducing costs, managing risks and perhaps fundamentally changing the way a business works. Full life cycle support is provided for Finance function redesign, process and systems design and providing end-to-end support for implementations.
As a Senior Manager, you will be a problem solver helping clients deliver complex business issues from strategy to execution.
?Substantive experience from a consulting firm, professional services or in industry
?Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for clients
?Create the functional specifications needed to develop finance vision and strategy
?Strong knowledge from a functional perspective how technology (one of the following - SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Business Planning, SAP Analytic Cloud) is deployed effectively to deliver large complex finance transformation projects.
?Support the development of solutions to the Finance function for:
oShared Service Centres / Outsourcing
oFinance process redesign (R2R / P2P / O2C)
oCost reduction solutions such as finance systems implementation
oOperating model change, including business partnership roles
oFinance system design and implementation
oMaster data management and governance framework
oReporting and reporting frameworks
