A boutique commercial law firm based in Mayfair are actively looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate into their property team.

The Opportunity:

Joining a modern and dynamic specialist law firm you will assist and lead on a mix of real estate transactions. This will cover commercial property (commercial leases; landlord and tenant matters; developments; acquisitions and disposals); residential property transactions and some property finance work acting for banks and borrowers. The split will be circa 40%, 30% and 30% respectively although this may alter.

This position is available in November and December 2020.

It would suit a Lawyer who wants a broad client facing real estate practice and may be looking to downsize from a city firm; mover laterally in the west end or equally move into an established London firm from a regional setting.

What's needed for me to be considered?
  • Be a UK qualified Solicitor with between 2-8 years PQE - essential
  • Have experience in commercial and residential property and some in real estate finance -essential
