Signalling Design Checker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a global company who are looking for Signalling Design Checkers to join their team on a contract basis in Derby. In this role you will be working on different projects including the East Coast Mainline, GRIP stages 4 and 5. Your role will include preparation, production, and verification of railway signalling design specifications and reports. You will also ensure all deliverables produced comply with contractual and statutory requirements. You will mentor, support and guide junior staff.

Experience and qualifications:

• HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• IRSE Principal Designer License
• Experience as a Principal Signalling Design Engineer
