Payroll Administrator opportunity for an individual with a payroll specific background, paying up to £25,000.

Your new company
Hays is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a recognised property management company to support in the recruitment for a Payroll Administrator. Due to recent changes within the business, this new position has become available.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end processing of the weekly payroll, and in time will train to cover the monthly payroll. You will be expected to process weekly timesheets, starters and leavers as well as calculating statutory sick pay and holiday pay. You will be balancing costing, pension contributions and raising payments for deductions from pay. You may need to also provide assistance with the monthly payroll and reporting directly to the Payroll Manager on all of the above.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this process, you must have previous experience in end to end processing of weekly payroll and be accountable for your work. You will need to be approachable as you will be liaising with regional contacts and empathetic towards others. It is imperative you are experienced in using Excel to process payroll and can transfer information from these spreadsheets into a finance system.
