Hays Education are working with schools in Nottingham who are looking for a hardworking and passionate Teaching Assistant within the primary education sector with a proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant within these schools you will be working alongside the class Teacher and potentially other Teaching Assistants to support the children and Teacher in all areas of work. Your role is to help with the children's development by interacting with the children whilst supporting those struggling.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role you must have a passion for supporting children's physical and mental wellbeing. You must be aware of behaviour management strategies that involve de-escalation and remain calm in difficult situations.
