You'll be responsible for attracting and on-boarding new talent to the company. Your role will also involve strategically mapping out the talent within the organisation, identifying skill gaps and upskilling the team.

The role will involve mapping the talent already existing within the organisation and identifying skill gaps. You will then put together a plan on how to recruit new talent or train the existing team to fill these skill gaps. You will be working towards recruitment targets and budgets to ensure the company continues to grow. You will have line management of a Recruitment Administrator.
The successful candidate will have experience of end-to-end talent management, from recruitment to on-boarding and ongoing training. Talent mapping experience is essential. Experience in training and development is preferred.
