A Fareham based secondary school are looking to appoint an experienced food technology teacher from 02/11/2020 on a permanent bases. You will join a highly ambitious Design Technology department that has been enormously successful over the past few years. The DT department has a commitment to offering as many options and opportunities to as many pupils as possible. The school will expect you to plan your lessons in advance and to demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and effective teaching practices. Working hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm and you'll be required to attend parents evenings. The school has an excellent reputation in the community. Transport links to London are excellent for those who like to explore further afield.

**Hours - 8:15 am - 3:30pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
**NQT/QTS or equivalent
**Minimum 1 year teaching assistant experience in the UK (Desirable)
**Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
**Hold Right to Work in the UK
**Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
**Provide two professional child related reference
