Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Administrator to work within their busy department at Coalville, Leicester on a temporary basis.
The job Role:
To process customer orders and inputting on an in-house system, processing invoices taking phone calls and dealing with queries.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
• Fast and accurate keyboard skills • Knowledge of customer service best practice • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels • IT Literate with experience of using windows based applications (e.g. Excel etc) • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
