Is this you?
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing behaviour in classrooms, de-escalating frustrations, supporting in a 1:1 capacity, leading small groups and assisting pupils in public learning social skills. You will need to work effectively as part of a team and contribute in meetings on the best support options for each pupil.
The ideal person for this brilliant opportunity will have passion, drive and resilience. An assertive attitude will be beneficial as will a creative, enthusiastic personality. Your desire will be to support, guide and develop young people to a positive outcome.
