Salary: Circa £50,000-£55,000 (neg) Plus Benefits Package
Hands on role producing accurate and timely monthly accounts. Leading a small team, ensuring robust processes and controls are in place. Provide financial and commercial support to directors and management team to ensure there is a clear understanding of business performance and outlook.
Role Specific Tasks
·Monthly management reporting
·Oversee accounts payable to ensure costs are recorded accurately and timely.
·Ensure close working between provisioning, billing and credit control to improve accuracy and drive down debtor days.
·Management accounts preparation (accruals, prepayments etc).
·Manage the monthly payroll process.
·KPI reporting with analysis.
·VAT returns & Management accounting
·Balance sheet reconciliation and management.
·Review and development of processes and controls.
·Ensure there is cover within the finance team to cover absences.
·Providing Business Partner support to local management.
·Assisting with the implementation of the new ERP system.
·To present the highest level of customer service to every customer, every time and be a leader in working towards our customer charter.
·Undertake any reasonable ad hoc tasks as requested from across the business.
·Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, ACMA
·Very strong excel skills (VBA level advantageous)
