Our client is currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager
who will be responsible for supporting the management of the day to day delivery and coordination at their Oakfield Nursery. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed in maintaining positive and supportive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
You will act as a leader to all Room Leaders and Early Years Practitioners in supervision as well as creating and managing a play environment where children can make positive choices and be supported with their learning and development. You will also ensure the safeguarding and welfare requirements are delivered in line with Ofsted requirements.
If you are level 3 qualified and have previous experience in line management of nursery staff, then we look forward to hearing from you.Summary of Job Profile:
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, term time only
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity cover until end of April 2021
