Our client is recruiting for a Housing & Sustainment Coordinator
on a fixed term basis to join their progressive housing team. You will provide housing related support and coordination to service users and customers to enable them to maintain their tenancies.
You will be responsible in delivering individual and group activities that provide opportunities and experiences where residents may learn and develop life skills in a safe, accepting environment. You will assist service users to engage in education, employment and training (EET) and to maintain their own tenancy and to achieve their aspirations for independent living.

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Work Pattern: Monday - Sunday (includes evenings and bank holidays)
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity cover until end of April 2021
