A full-time Clinical Nurse Manager, RGN/RMN or RNLD is required to join a busy and inclusive team in Liverpool, where you can earn a competitive salary of up to £38k p/a, based on 40-hour weeks. This Clinical Nurse Manager role will require you to work 2 x 12-hour shifts per week, with the rest of your 40 hour week being supernumerary.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be providing high-quality care for individuals living with varying complex health needs in a welcoming, modern and person-centred home which aims to make every day better for its service users.
The collaborative team within the 40-bed home, build care and activity plans around service users, centred around their needs. Working with families, professionals and service users themselves, achievable goals can be identified.
To give you an idea of the RN role, you will be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN and healthcare experience. You are well organised, able to make decisions and work on your own initiative whilst working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. You will be up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
