Wolf HealthCare are now able to announce an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join this prestigious organisation. You will be responsible for managing a student residential accommodation in Cheltenham.

What are we looking for:
  • A Residential Manager who is able to provide leadership to staff under your supervision whilst maintaining quality to ensure all services are complaint with CQC Regulations
  • An individual who ensures that service users are guided and encouraged to reach their full potential whilst offering relevant support
  • A confident communicator who can liaise, support and lead where necessary with other professionals
  • A Manager who can provide supervision, support and essential training to staff whilst ensuring that there is adequate, cost effective staffing, equipment and resources available within a safe environment
  • A compliant professional who is able to ensure all records kept by staff are accurate and presented in a manner consistent with the Social Care Act 2008 and in line with CQC Compliance

Essential candidate criteria:
  • Minimum of a Level 4 Qualification (Within Nursing, Level 4 Social Care, Social Work, OT etc)
  • Minimum of 4 years experience within Residential Care
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within a Managerial role that includes staff management
  • Excellent knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act 2008
