Our Coordinators are invaluable to ensure the smooth running of our offices and most importantly, share our desire to deliver outstanding customer service every time and provide support to your active team to achieve the goals of the office.
·Assist the Sales teams and therefore allow them the scope and time to secure further business.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
·Ensure that Property Particulars are well presented and approved by our clients.
·Provide outstanding service to clients and customers.
·Overseeing company processes.
·Reporting key data to senior management.
·Assisting the Sales teams in all office processes from instruction to completion
·Aiding the advancement of our sales from sale to completion
·Updating the instruction and sales spreadsheet
·Uploading contracts onto Adobe Sign and RPS
·Ensure key info such as lease length, tax banding etc. is inputted onto RPS
·Order and monitor outstanding EPCs
·Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
·Update compliance spreadsheet and report on any outstanding matters
·Order, download and edit photos and videos
·Update Viewing information
·Email memorandum of sales to all parties
·Property housekeeping; review photos, floorplans, open day info, Rightmove etc
·Build, order and supply window cards to branch and ensure office windows are refreshed
·Design and send leaflets to the printers, distribute to branch
·Bridges Newspaper; send details to designers, proof checking
·Assist with delivering to local businesses
·Board ordering and auditing
·Send and log referrals to recommended companies
·Report on viewing feedback stats
·KPI's and end of month reporting
·General office duties; ordering stationery, booking viewings, printing details, key audit etc.
