IT Service Desk Analyst
Permanent salaries up to £21,000 per annum
Silicon Fen Resourcing are recruiting for a number of immediate permanent IT Service Desk Analyst vacancies with an award-winning employer in Colchester. You will be working on the IT Helpdesk providing IT Services to a wide range of people within the business.
As a key member of the IT Support function, you will demonstrate a great mix of technical skills along with customer service capability. We have several opportunities so we can consider applications with a range of experience, from experienced helpdesk professionals through to individuals who have only worked within IT for a short time.
Within this role you will:
- Support internal business customers by phone and email
- Troubleshoot computer and network related issues
- Log incidents using an ITSM Tool
The successful IT Service Desk Analysts will have commercial IT Support experience along with excellent customer service skills. Any of the following experience would be an advantage but is not essential:
- G Suite including user access management
- Working in a mature ITIL Service Desk, able to mentor colleagues and provide leadership within the team.
- Remote access tools
- Building and configuring hardware
- Deploying software
- MDM technology
