Role: ERP Project Manager - 12-month FTC
Location: Central Derby
Contract: Temporary
Salary: £competitive

We are looking for an ERP Project Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract, working with our engineering client based in central Derby.

Your main task will be to manage and lead the planning and implementation of a new ERP system by designing and managing an efficient and cost-effective roll-out project.

Main responsibilities:
*To work with Business Process Owners and vendor team to define scope, tasks, deliverables, resources requirements and align organisation against integrated project plan
*To effectively engage vendor implementation team, defining statements of work, ensuring quality of deliverables, and managing to budget
*Cooperate with Organisation Change Project Manager to understand how organisation will change and reflect this in scope
*Lead day to day execution, facilitate communication and drive progress against plan
*Track issues, prioritize and drive timely resolution
*Monitor and manage project risks and escalate as needed
*Prepare project status reporting and communicate program status to broad stakeholders, including steering committee, project reviews and at monthly operational reviews

Person Specification:
*Experience working with leading ERP Systems (Infor, IFS, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) and prior experience successfully leading ERP implementations or upgrades.
*Experience in a company in a similar industry leading projects focused on manufacturing, supply chain processes and financial
*Ultimate understanding of importance of Business Processes
*3+ years of experience managing midsize to large teams
*Experience organizing and executing projects using a variety of methodologies, including vendor defined, waterfall, and agile
*PRINCE2 / PMP certification
*Knowledge of Infor's CloudSuite would be a plus
