Payroll and Accounts Assistant required for growing organisation based near Poole
Your new company
This fantastic organisation, based near Poole, are seeking an Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join them as they expand their current team. You will be working within a small finance team within a friendly office environment. This is an exciting and varied role within an excellent organisation.
Your new role
In your new role you will be accountable for the day to day payroll and accounts function for several companies. You will be utilising your excellent communication and time-management skills to process payroll for approx. 150+ employees with a mixture of both hourly and salaried employees. You will also be required to assist with the transactional accounts including processing invoices, completing bank reconciliations and resolving queries.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have experience from a similar fast-paced role. You will be proactive and have a positive attitude. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running. Experience using Sage 50 and Sage payroll is also desirable as well as good Excel skills.
