IT Support Engineer
£20,000 - £25,000 + Excellent Progression Programme + Holiday + Pension + Training
Excellent opportunity for an IT Application Support Engineer to join an ambitious company offering excellent progression routes, unrivalled training, and increasing responsibilities in-line with your skill-set development.
This company provide bespoke software solutions to market leading businesses across the UK to revolutionise their business processes. They have recently introduced a state-of-the-art, brand new software product which this position will focus on.
In this role you will be provided with full in-house training and set-up on an exciting new progression programme to grow within the company and role. Your day-to-day task once trained will consist of providing support to customers, fixing and resolving issues and queries, and escalating unresolvable issues to different teams. You will work 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Although this business is fully remote working at the moment, once it's safe and sensible to return to the office, it's expected you will be office-based.
The ideal candidate would be a budding technical support engineer with some customer service experience. Strong communication skills are a must for this position. Any experience with SQL and/or HTML would be beneficial, but is not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to work on a brand new software product, provide full training and encourage internal progression.
