An exciting permanent job opportunity has arisen to work within a thriving local organisation based in Peterhead as an Accounts Assistant. This role is ideally looking for someone to start within the first 2 weeks of November and will be working Monday - Friday. This role will be based in the office on a staff rotation for the time being working 2-3 days in the office and the remainder from home.
Your new role
Reporting to a Finance Manager, you will be tasked with preparing management accounts, processing sales invoices and be familiar with credit control. This organisation breeds a close knit culture where everyone supports each other day to day, and so ideally you will be used to working within a similar environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you must be familiar with using Sage 200 and have strong working knowledge Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word. You must be able to provide 2 working references within the last 2 years demonstrating working within an Accounts Assistant role where you can demonstrate a working knowledge in all aspects of a finance function, including preparation of management accounts.
