Senior Service Delivery Manager
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a technically strong Service Delivery Manager with a broad technical understanding to join a growing IT Service Provider that is passionate about creating and provide customer excellent. With numerous strategic technological partners, including Cisco, Apple, & Microsoft, services include: Networking, Applications, Security, Infrastructure and Cloud Management.

The role - Senior Service Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the overall stability and integrity of services provided that support the client's business. Being a key point of escalation for any issues, the Service Delivery Manager will be expected to resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner in accordance with SLA's. The Service Delivery Manager will own the entire service, end-to-end and will work alongside a team of talented Project Managers, Engineers and other Service Managers.

Duties include:
  • Service Reviews
  • SLA/KPI Management
  • Trend analysis
  • High quality reporting on issues and trends
  • P&L responsibilities
  • Continuous Service Improvement planning
  • Act as a technical authority in the event of Major Incidents etc.
  • Execute Change Management tasks
  • Possess a full understanding of service and network infrastructure
  • Implement best practice, process and procedure in accordance to ITIL methodologies
Key Skills and Experiences Required - Senior Service Delivery Manager
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working in Service role with a Managed Services/Telco background
  • Solid understanding of networking, telephony, voice and infrastructure with an ability to converse with technical teams
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies/language
  • An ability to deliver high quality reporting
  • Excellent customer facing skills/customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent trend analysis skills
  • Must be able to work in fast paced, high pressured environments
  • Team player

Location: Nottingham (3 days a week)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits
