A leading client has two new contract vacancies for IT Support Analysts, who will be responsible for their ticketing system and solving technical queries. This role is looking for someone who has come from an IT / technical background who has the right people skills and attitude to provide efficient support to the wider IT team.
·Solving technical queries over the phone and via email
·Ensuring issues are fully closed off and communicated to clients
·Managing multiple tickets at any one time
·Meeting SLA's including fast phone pickups, client priority tickets and billability
·Previous experience of working a IT Support and/or helpdesk role
