Temporary Credit Control Manager role, Based in Salford

You will be working for a rapidly growing organisation based in Salford. This is a business that has doubled in size over the last two years and continues to expand.
Your new role
This is a temporary position up until Christmas with an excellent chance of becoming permanent. Your main duties will include; managing a team of 6 credit controller, driving & motivating your team, 121's, reporting to senior management, getting hands on as and when required, improving processes, recruiting staff and other ad hoc duties. This job requires someone who is prepared to take on additional workload and work within a fast paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have a previous experience supervising a Credit Control function. A background in B2C collection is advantageous but by no means essential.
