My Client has a newly created role for a strong PR & Content Manager to join their collaborative and fast-paced marketing team. This mid-size tech company offers a diverse product portfolio including SAAS, digital transformation, managed and hardware services to public sector. They are an established company with a strong and loyal customer portfolio, with several offices in the UK. This a full-time remote role with flexible working. There will be travel required to one or some of the offices once /twice a month, once it is safe to return.
The focus is to develop and enhance the company's PR function and bring expertise, as well as intelligent thinking to the creation of compelling content for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Duties Include:
Creation, research, and distribution of variety of content including thought-leading whitepapers, press releases, case studies, email copy, campaign collateral and insight
Strategic Planning for PR strategy with an integrated marketing approach
Production of compelling, relevant, and high-quality content across all digital channels, including social media and video
Developing relationships with key journalists, relevant media publications and influencers
Monitoring all campaign success and continuous improvement
Management of external agency PR and content suppliers
Crisis communications and reputation management - both proactive and reactive
Work collaboratively with marketing team colleagues and with subject matter experts across the businessThe Idea Person:
At least 5 years' experience of demonstrable experience with PR, Content production and communications
Will consider inhouse or agency experience but ideally focused on B2B Tech Product communications
Experience of targeting public sector would be a strong advantage
