Experienced Accounts Assistant required for a global leading manufacturing organisation based in North Sheffield.

Working in small team and reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include, but not limited to:

* Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers

* Weekly bank reconciliations

* Assisting with credit control

* Checking and processing credit card and cash expenses

* Accruals and prepayments

* Dealing with intrastats and EC sales

* Other ad hoc duties as required

This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience and a good team player are key to this recruitment:

* You will be QAAT

* Intermediate Excel skills are required (VLookups, Pivot tables etc)

* Working knowledge of Sage would be an advantage

* The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work load is essential

* Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
