Incremental Group is a high growth digital technology business, our core capability encompasses the breadth of the Dynamics 365 solution. We have various locations around the UK and are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

The Pre-Sales Consultant will actively support Incremental Group's commercial function through engaging with internal stakeholders, existing customers and prospects. Through this engagement, the Pre-Sales Consultant will work to understand customer and prospect requirements, translate these into solution designs, and provide this as input to commercial proposals.

Primary accountabilities

*

Liaise with the sales team to qualify new opportunities

*

Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goal, priorities and business requirements

*

Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers

*

Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high-quality sales proposals

*

Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios

*

Support go-to-market activities such as developing packaged offerings, white papers, product videos and industry specific solutions

*

Participate in company marketing activity such as webinars, forums and user groups

*

Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and Incremental's partner community

Required professional and technical expertise

*

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) consultancy experience

*

A Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365and the Power Platform

*

Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 versions such as CRM2011, CRM2013 and CRM2016 is desirable

*

Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable

*

Experience of building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations.

*

Excellent communication and presentation skills

*

Strong requirements gathering skills

*

The ability to create high quality written proposals and functional documentation

About you

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with commercial and technical experience in a product environment with knowledge of the digital technology and professional services sector.

Strong and convincing communication skills across all media forms

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

*

Strong commercial acumen

*

Able to engage with third parties, suppliers and stakeholders

*

Able to manage personal workload and prioritise on short, medium and long-term goals
