SHE Manager

Do you have experience working as a SHE Manager? Have you worked within the aerospace industry? Do you have thermal processing experience? Are you located in Cheshire or the Midlands, England?

This is what you'll be doing

With a strong focus on all aspects of health and safety you will be required to:

·Ensure full compliance with the businesses Health and Safety procedures.

·Communicate effectively with employees within the business.

·Oversee and apply the businesses health and safety management system by planning, completing and checking.

·Set objectives related to H&S and ensure they are met.

·Identify legal requirements

·Plan for change

·Identify risks; who can be harmed and how; how can this be managed.

·Organise activities to deliver the change.

·Train, Support and educate on all H&S Changes.

·Identify areas for improvement.

The experience you'll bring to the team

·Previous and recent experience within the aerospace industry.

·Thermal processing knowledge and experience.

·Able to work on a regional basis.
