Our client is an International organisation who are seeking some additional support in their Accounts department working within a small friendly teamThe successful candidate will have strong accounts receivable and credit control experience and ideally be available at short notice

  • You will be responsible for obtaining bank print outs and posting payments
  • Post and reconcile to each ledger monies received
  • Follow up and deal with queries raised from remits
  • Check the bank and update dispatch teams
  • Post expenses
  • Complete bank book & post on to Netsuite as required
  • Debt chasing sending out statements at the end of the month
  • Set up spreadsheets
  • Credit reports for management meetings
