2020 has been a crazy year.

Rest assured this business is in a very strong place; no furloughing, no redundancies, easily switched to working from home and they have grown. This is a new role because of that. They are based in King's Lynn, but there will be the option to work from home.
You'll be an accountant, qualification isn't key; there's already a variety of fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA accountants in the finance team, along with various levels of part-qualified and others that aren't qualified but have great experience.
You will report into the FP&A Manager, this is going to be a varied role; there'll be aspects of management accounting, cost accounting, reporting, analysing and business partnering.
You will be taking responsibility for areas such as; year end reporting, variance analysis, overhead recovery, labour costs and various periodic analysis.
This is a large manufacturing firm with a lot of moving parts, you'll need to be able to think on your feet and be happy to adapt quickly, manufacturing experience will certainly help.
There is a lot of data to analyse and several IT and ERP systems talking to each other, so you will need to be an Excel wiz and be able to pick up systems quickly.
