Registered Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £44,317 - £50,107 a year + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
Time Recruitment are assisting a prestigious care provider who specialise in specialist nursing care, dementia and residential care in selecting for a Registered Manager for one of their facilities in Leicestershire.
The service is very highly regarded and has an outstanding reputation in the private healthcare sector for its impeccable standards; with a previous long standing Registered Manager. We are looking for a Registered Manager that has excellent turnaround management as the recent CQC was not where it needed to be.
Currently recruiting for a Registered Manager they are keen to consider senior level candidates from a nursing background (RGN or RMN qualified) with experience in the below:
* Running a successful nursing home
* Commercial marketing
* Experience of managing a large budget or multi-site management
* Strong leadership and management skillset
* Effective management systems and ideas
* Able to meet occupancy targets
* Ideally a NVQ level 4 or 5 or a QCF level 5 in leadership
The service as a whole has 84 beds in total, specifically designed to be small units so individualised and personalised care can be offered to its residents and care packages can be appropriate and skill mix relevant.
