3 long term roles in a Welsh Medium Primary School in Cardiff - September start

A Green rated Welsh Medium Primary School in West Cardiff are looking for three Teaching Assistant to provide Foundation Phase and KS2 support. These positions will commence in September 2020. This school is rated 'Good' according to ESTYN. The school has almost 600 pupils on role and caters for children aged 4 - 11 years, it has excellent facilities and boasts excellent links with the community.

The roles are;
- Foundation Phase General LSA
- 1:1 Foundation Phase supporting a pupil with SEN and behavioural needs
- KS2 general LSA.

In order to be considered for this role as a Teaching Assistant you will need to be a fluent Welsh Speaker and have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last two years, either within a mainstream or SEN setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient Teaching Assistant who has great communication skills when speaking to both pupils and other staff members. You must be have knowledge of the Foundation Phase and KS2 curriculum.
