We are currently working with an international packaging brand & design agency looking to add an account manager to the team. This person will come on board to help manage the day-to-day running of a series of exciting brands in the retail space.
You will be ensuring effective implementation on all projects and helping to meet client expectations. You will be responsible for managing resources & costs and building on positive client relationships.Responsibilities:
- Strive to fully understand the client as well as their customers, market and competitors.Respond appropriately to client briefs - making recommendations where needed
- Manage the day to day relationship with the client
- Source with suppliers to ensure client orders are fulfilled
- Previous agency experience is required - specifically within packaging
- Demonstrable experience implementing marketing strategy plans for clients
- Multi-channel digital marketing experience is desirable
- Experience nurturing client relationships
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
