Job Title: Deputy Home Manager - Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Tottington, Bury

Pay: £11.09 per hour

Role Overview:

Agricola House provides support to eight adults with a head or acquired brain injury. We support individuals who would benefit from increasing their independence in a supportive community setting. We adopt a person-centered approach, aiming to support people to regain their social, cognitive and independence skills, and to develop their confidence.

Overseeing Senior Support team, our Deputy Home Manager's closely support our Home Manager and are responsible for promoting, managing and coordinating care plans, and you'll play a central role in team leadership.

Requirements:

You will be required to monitor senior support staff in effective record keeping and team management. The deputy manager will have great attention to detail to oversee the daily recording of the service. From allocating shifts and training days to overseeing recruitment and induction, you will be central to service delivery and you'll take a hands-on approach to care management too.

Experienced in senior positions within a relevant care setting you'll be familiar with appropriate regulations and legislation, skilled in budgeting and administration, and you'll be ready for early responsibility. In return we'll support you to work towards a relevant Care and Management qualification.
