Victim Support is looking for a full-time Service Delivery Manager to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday based in Kent.

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

The main duties of this role will be to provide an effective and high quality service supporting victims of crime, ensuring that volunteering is at the heart of service delivery by managing and supporting volunteers who will support victims of crime, developing community engagement, directly support victims of crime and ensuring service delivery and performance standards are maintained at all times.

The role is subject to police vetting.
