Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Rearsby, Leicester
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Your New Client
My client is a leading provider of contractor specific insurance and has became a principal authority of the IR35 legislation. Due to the company going through a very exciting growth period, our client is now seeking an administration/operation assistant to join their team based in Rearsby.

Your New Role
As an Assistant Account Manager you will be responsible for challenging the current process. You will be able to identify common customer queries/trends within the customer service department and use your problem solving skills to resolve these. You will liaise directly with the operations team with account management delivery and administrative duties. You will also be responsible for supporting with the continuous improvement of process and service, whilst collaborating closely with New Business, Contracts, and Tax teams to ensure excellent service delivery to all clients and partners.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and systems including onboarding new clients and partners, collating contracts, policies as well as identifying opportunities and reporting issues. You will support management with reporting client performance and service delivery provided. Personal assistant responsibilities will include booking travel, accommodation, arranging meetings and delivering training. Having excellent communication skills is important due to being the first point of contact for all clients/contractors.

What You Will Need
It is essential that you have some administration experience as well as being highly IT literate. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to build excellent stakeholder relationships. You will have been involved with business operations and/or processes and systems with a view to continuously improve the client offering. You will need to be adaptable and show initiative within a fast-paced working environment.

For the right candidate, training will be provided around IR35 legislation and compliance management systems however, knowledge of this would be desirable. Knowledge of the tax or insurance industry is also desirable.
