Working for a leading business in the region, my client is looking for someone with an immediate start.
They are currently looking at implementing a new ERP system, but in the immediate term they are looking to move all of the individuals they have inherited into their organisation. U
Currently they are utilizing very manual (Excel-based) purchasing process and require a specialist to improve and automate the existing spreadsheet-based purchasing system.
There may be an opportunity to extend as they start working on the implementation of a new ERP system and migration of existing GL, etc systems into that.
We are looking for someone with a very strong Excel background, who understands Finance and who is particularly familiar with Purchasing processes. You will have strong VBA / Macro skills and able to hit the ground running.
We expect it to be a 2 month contract, but it could run-on (especially if you have a wider skill-set).
The role would sit within Finance with the office in Abingdon (although remote working would feature as well).
