Your new role
This is a great opportunity to join a small collaborative IT function, within a novel organisation. As IT Service Engineer, you will provide support to users at all levels of the business, managing incidents from the initial log, through to resolution. You will administer the IT environment, suggest and implement new systems, carry out software and hardware upgrades and manage/ update procedure documentation. Additionally, you will complete assigned tasks in agreed time frames, provide Ad-Hoc user training and deliver desk side support in a friendly and professional manner.
What you need to succeed
Must have higher education degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant IT position. Proficiency supporting in a Windows environment - Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server and Desktop. Have strong communication skills, with high attention to detail, with a systematic approach to problem solving. Having an aptitude for personal development and learning will ensure you succeed in your new position and team.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £22,000-28,000 (D.O.E), Internal and external training, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension contribution, on-site parking, and other benefits. Working Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm in the office. Please note, the organisation has implemented strict social distancing measure to ensure it is safe to work on-site.
