Salary: Grade 8 - £40,876 - £43,857 (appointments are made at lowest scale point)

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service (DSFRS) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Business Change Programme Team. The Service is currently delivering a significant Change Programme as it is always striving to deliver the best Service possible to the communities it serves. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team to lead in delivery of some of our business change and ICT system based projects (therefore experience in both areas preferred).
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of successfully delivering significant and complex change projects through the full project lifecycle. You will have experience of managing budgets and RAID logs, great planning skills and ability to adapt to communicating and engaging with stakeholders across the Service at all levels, therefore excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are key.
DSFRS operates a combination of Prince 2 and Agile project methodology and the successful candidate will preferably be qualified or demonstrate equivalent experienced in these areas.
