1st Line IT Support Engineer - German Speaking - Oxford - £23,000 - £30,000 - Great Benefits

My client in Oxford is going through a period of transformation, they're looking for a German speaking 1st Line Support Engineer to support the day to day delivery of the IT function as well as get involved in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working on a service desk working with technologies like Office 365, Windows Desktop and Active Directory to name a few.

This is a Technical Support role with an escalation point who is 2nd and 3rd line support. You would be responsible for completing projects to ensure the continuous delivery of IT services through interaction with staff and end users. Ideally this person will have a minimum of 2 years of IT Support experience prior to this application. This role also requires you to work away from home in Europe for roughly 1 week every month.

Key skills:

** Office 365 and Exchange

** Windows Server

** Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VLANS

** strong understanding of troubleshooting

** Strong Communication skills
