Circa £21,500 per annum
  • 1 x Full Time - 37 hours per week
  • 1 x Part Time - 20 hours per week - (Fixed Term until 31/03/2022)

Reporting to: Performance Lead
Delivery Location: Hartlepool and Stockton

About the role
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Step Forward Tees Valley team as a Tutor.

The successful candidate will run a programme of Health & Wellbeing and Digital activities to promote the employability of long term unemployed participants with multiple barriers, with the aim of moving these individuals towards and into further sustainable employment.

The postholder will provide a valuable resource to enable them to achieve their objectives. Working in a busy team environment ensuring business deadlines are met whilst maintaining quality.

This role will work solely on the Step Forward Tees Valley programme.

Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced disclosure endorsed by the Disclosure and Barring Service.

About you
They are seeking someone with experience in successful Jobsearch/employability session delivery. You must have the ability to work to and meet industry and internal service level standards. Having experience of working directly with unemployed and economically inactive voluntary client is essential whilst maintaining a professional, tactful and patient approach.
