An extremely forward-thinking organisation, who have doubled in size in the past 2 years. They've performed well during 2020 and with plans to continue their growth both organically, and through acquisition, it's certainly an exciting time to be joining.
To ensure all customers across the business units receive correct and accurate billing on time as well as picking up any queries that they may have, working closely with other departments within the finance operations team.
* Day to day motivation and management of the Customer Billing Team
* Developing a robust training program for all new starters
* Motivating the team and leading by example
* Carrying out regular performance reviews and appraisals
Previous experience in a similar role (Managing a Billing Team), is essential as well as an analytical/systematic approach. Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail.
