An iconic 50 year-old brand in Canada, Tim Hortons is off to a great start as we take on the competitive UK market place. After unprecedented media interest in the national launch in Spring 2017 and a fanatical social media following from fans across the UK, it is no surprise the first store is a roaring success, with 24 other restaurants now part of the estate.
As we look ahead to a busy expansion plan across the country, we are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded and driven people to join us on the journey.
Marketing degree preferred but not essential.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, positive and motivated.
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a marketing role is preferable.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and related design skills desirable but not required
Managing the production of printed materials on an ongoing basis, and for seasonal campaigns, across the UK.
Daily management and community engagement across all social media channels - currently Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Supporting the production and scheduling of regular social media content across all owned channels
Assisting in media relations, working with influencers and PR activities such as press releases and media events
Ensuring consistency with brand and campaign guidelines across all communications and artwork
Communicating regularly with the wider support and operations teams, including regular briefs concerning new activities or campaigns, to ensure they are executed to a consistently high standard across all restaurants
Collating updates of competitors' sales promotion activities and campaigns.
Day-to-day management of marketing budgets, including updating invoices and tracking of ongoing costs
Supporting the execution of new store opening campaigns and events. Will require some national travel to attend new store openings and overnight stays.
Supporting the planning and implementation of product photo shoots, acting as the central point of contact for the creative agency, photographer and Operations team.
Supporting Manager to deliver an annual calendar of promotion activity for all stores, documenting the cost of activity, redemption and ROI.
Responding to every-day local marketing queries from stores.
