Quality Manager - Consultancy - London
As the Quality Manager you will be managing responsibility for the Quality, Assurance, Safety, Environment and Facilities for systems and processes.
Location: - London
Salary: - £45,000 - £50,000 basic + Package
This position is to lead the software and technology consultancy business, focused in the infrastructure and transportation sector, which will see the successful Quality Manager continue being an integral part of process compliance and continuous improvement across all aspects of the organisation.
The Quality Manager will be experienced in ISO9001 and will work as a member of the QSE / Quality Team where you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining and auditing (internal / external) the Quality Management System. This includes the monitoring, maintenance and improvement of policies, plans, procedures and associated documentation.
As someone working with a cutting-edge software and technology consultancy if you have experience of ISO27001 or a desire to develop in this area then that would be a distinct advantage.
What are the key objectives?
Review, develop, update, and control Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring
documents integrate and processes are efficient and meet current/future business requirements efficiently
Develop, measure and monitor key performance indicators for products and services
Lead relevant, externally accredited, ISO certification processes: significant experience of
ISO9001 is a primary requirement for the role, a developing experience of ISO27001 would be a
Ensure we maintain our key external supplier registrations and accreditations
Establish and implement internal and external audit programmes
Ensure formally identified actions for continuous improvement are captured and closed out
successfully, revisiting to assess effectiveness
Your background: -
Proven experience of Quality initiatives in either the rail, digital, software, consultancy, IT, SAAS, Fintech sector or other large 500+ people organisations
You will be Qualified to undertake audits
Significant and relevant operational experience in devising, implementing, maintaining and
assessing quality management processes
Ability to draft clear, concise and accurate quality procedures, policies and supporting
Focused on right first time, quality of deliver
Degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject be it Engineering etc...
