Location : London

Salary to £50k + Bens + Bonus

We are working with an established Jersey high street supplier who are looking to put in place a strong Design Manager to look after the small team on Men's and Boyswear but also be the forefront of all of the their retail accounts : This person will oversee the team but also deal with all client /trend and product presentation and will be involved in pricing , figures and budget

The client work mainly of young fast fashion high street retailers

MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED

Currently working in a Menswear Design Manager ( or senior design role with recent management experience )role ideally in supply but will be happy to look at high street retailers ( not brands or luxury )

Hands of design skills enabling to show clients and teams members quickly what is needed .

Track record of retail presentation , how to price product and negotiate with buyers and factories

First class trend knowledge , must know the market .

Excellent communication skills , understanding of supply , previous management experience
