Social Care & Education have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Care Home Manager for our clients beautiful 42 bedded home based in Swadlincote, DE11. The home provides Nursing and Residential care and is structured to provide residents with fantastic Dementia specialist care. The Home's CQC rating is 'GOOD'

As a Care Home Manager, it would be desired for you to have the following Skills/Qualifications:

• Level 5 in Care Management or equivalent
• RM Award
• Proven track record of home management
• Excellent leadership skills
• Knowledgeable about Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations 2014
• Dynamic and passionate about the care and welfare of Residents and staff
