This position would suit a Shift Manager from a Chemical background.

The Role
*Control Production with part of the plant
*Oversee the day to day running the your section of the plant
*four on four off shifts pattern

The Person
*Production / Plant Management or Supervising experience
*Chemical manufacturing experience
