Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive judged as 'Good' by Ofsted in its most recent inspection and is now on a journey to becoming outstanding.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, compassionate, professional who is committed to supporting students with a wide range of needs, ensuring they realise their full potential and gain independence as learners.

You will work closely with the SEN students in lessons under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teachers, supporting learners in lessons, modifying resources and supporting the school's vision of exceptional learning every day.

The SEN department is a well respected and supportive department made up of experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants.
