Our modern, forward thinking client based in Warrington are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their team initially on a 3 month FTC basis.
*First point of contact for any client payroll communication
*Processing the submission of payroll to HMRC
*Preparing variable and fixed payrolls
*Calculating SMP, SSP, etc
*Assist with Tax Year End responsibilities, including fringe benefit submissions
*Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports and analysis for the Finance function, and other departments where required
*Reconcile monthly reports and payment transfers
*Submitting advanced SMP claims to HMRC
*Year-end statutory payroll requirements
*Monthly pension submissions
*Benefit in kind
The firm requires at least 2 years payroll experience.
